And just to be clear, the page AuthorGroup/MyName is NOT automatically
created.  Links to [[AuthorGroup/MyName]] are automatically created on
RecentChanges and AllRecentChanges pages, taking MyName from the
Author field on the edit form.  The page is not created until someone
follows such a link, or otherwise navigates to the pagename, and saves
the page.
