[pmwiki-users] backlinks do not work if there are umlauts in$FullName

I am sorry, but I didn't get an answer on my problem with backlinks yet.
So I try it again.

Could anybody please help me with that?

We are using backlinks in the footer of our sites. They are usually
working well, if there are no umlauts in $FullName. If umlauts exist,
there is only one backlink shown. Not all of them. We are using pmwiki
Version: pmwiki-2.2.0-beta15 

Can anybody help me?
