[pmwiki-users] Frustrated with Wikiform

Hi,

 

We took all the steps to install the wikiform:

We tried and got the form working with the template and using only the
command (:wikiform:)  . When we press summit we get the following message ,

 

 PmWiki can't process your request

 

cannot associate a form with '.00001'

 

We are sorry for any inconvenience.

 

Any idea why? help will be apreciated
