Well, this would be a workaround until the "long pagelists
optimizations" are not in place...
For the wiki where the problem arises, one pagelist is so long it
fails very often (exceeding server allowed resources).

As I am the only maintainer of the site, I would let thing run
"normally" until I get a proper cached version, then I would just say
"keep it and use it until I tell you otherwise".

Not nice, but at the moment the pagelist cannot be left in production
as is at all...

Maybe a better alternative, would be to allow administrators to
manually define what pages a cached version depends on, a bit like
with a makefile.

1) Check if "PerPageCachingDependencies" is defined (comma delimited
list: Group1.page1,Group2.*)
2) If not, default working: as now (further optimized if possible)

What do you think ?
