[pmwiki-users] RFC: Site-Admin group - second call

I would encourage SiteAdmin (without the hyphen) ... I have used Admin 
on sites for managing content (members, ads, etc.) while SiteAdmin could 
be reserved for pages integral to the operation of PmWiki itself.
