Nice.

If the heading text changes, that would break the link too. This 
could be covered by a comment statement, e.g.

!!New and better heading
>>comment<<
!!Old and not very good heading
>><<

I'm guessing that will work.

The site's markup usage guide would need to draw authors' attention to this.
