[pmwiki-users] Ampersand and page titles

Hi

When naming a page users are often using the '&' sign.

This results in a page title like xxxxxAmpxxxx when
the page is saved.  The trouble is that when the title
is written out at the top of the page automatically
we're getting results like...

Printing Amp Saving

instead of 

Printing & Saving.

Anyone got any ideas how to deal with this?  Does it
have to be an email to all users imposing another
restriction...?  Hope not.
