[pmwiki-users] Strange problem with german umlauts

I have the same problem with http://www.uzeste.org and 
http://www.adiu.fr, hosted by online.net.
Every links with something like "é è à â..." can be wrong. A simple 
refresh in the browser can correct it.

I suspect changes in Apache or PHP too, but not sure. Impossible to work 
with host. Is it possible PmWiki ? The two servers do not have same 
verions: recent for Adiu, one year old for uzeste.
