Use %28 and %29 for the parentheses.  

The issue is that PmWiki uses parentheses for a different
purpose -- namely, to suppress parts of link text, on the
theory that parentheses aren't common in urls.  Unfortunately,
they're becoming more common, and they also tend to show up
in attachment filenames, as you've discovered.
