I've made a cut-down simpler version of Hg, called it "Cluster" (since
someone expressed a preference for that name) and put it up on the cookbook.

Cluster doesn't attempt to change the URL format, it just does the
configuration and page "clustering", and link-shortcuts.
I also tidied up the code.
