[pmwiki-users] blocking simultaneous edits???

Is there a way to stop simultaneous edits?  So eg if
user A is editing page X then user B will not be
allowed to edit it...

And if there is a way of doing this can an admin later
override the block if need be eg say the server
crashes and a page is flagged as being blocked for
editing.
