The last link to pmwiki-32.gif is not in the distributed file, instead
it is {$PageLogoUrl}, but that did not show the image on pmwiki.org
when I changed it. But this is not the issue here.

The only bigger change in the markup I see is from
[-Big View-] to [-$[Big View]-] etc within links.
And there was the >>comment<< div, which should never have got into
the distribution.

If anyone can spot some markup change which may cause IE7 to fail
please tell. I can't spot anything.
