[pmwiki-users] Adding a Tab ( Article | Edit| History)

Hello All
 
I was wondering how I would go about adding a tab to my PMWIki , that would
be called Resources, that would contain a list of links to external
resources.
 
I did add a Discussion tab to , would it be the same process? ( Comment
Recipe)
