[pmwiki-users] New release: Acme Tables

Just released a new AcmeTables recipe.  Not sure how different it is
from the AdvancedTableDirectives or SimplifiedAdvancedTableDirectives
so perhaps someone can compare and contrast features for me. But I
liked the syntax better.

Anyway, though inspired by these recipes I came up with my own code.
Hope someone else finds it useful.

PS. Features: Easy parameters (table, row and cell), simple markup,
can give each cell it's own line or put all on one row (at the markup
level), 3 level nesting.
