We already can use (:div99:)%listtitle%

To be able to use (:div99 listtitle:)
meaning (:div99 class=listtitle:)
may be quite good, and I forgot the reasons why this is not the case.

The first suggestion :(div 99 class="listtitle" :)
seems to go against the standard directive format, and will cause just
confusion, apart from being probably pretty unworkable.
