You can't do that at present I believe (and I could be proven wrong).

PmWiki uses a number of classes in links for various types of links.
It applies class='wikilink' to link tags for links to existing wiki pages.
This is defined with variable $LinkPageExistsFmt, which you could
define otherwise.

Alternatively you could define a custom link markup for those links
which need the added class attribute. The category link markup is
a nice example for a more specialised link. See scripts/stdmarkup.php
