[pmwiki-users] AddDeleteLine Upgrade Tool

Hi,

I have included instructions on how to upgrade from AddDeleteLine 1.x 
for AddDeleteLine2 on the cookbook-page. There is also a tool that can 
be included for the transition, which should allow a semi-automatic 
upgrade of the markup.

The instructions are found at the bottom of the cookbook page ([1]).
