Oops!  It looks as though I forgot to update the attachment in the
Cookbook, it's added now.

Ahhhh, I see.  Yes, when I change the image on Cookbook.GeneratePDF
to use Attach:, it fails on pmwiki.org as well.

Hmm.  Seems like there ought to be an option to htmldoc
to tell it the base url for any relative urls it finds in the
input, but I can't seem to find one.
