[pmwiki-users] Read only Attr change page

Hi list,

I'm implementing a site using AuthUser. I would like to create a page
similar to the Attr page, but read only, so a user which does not have
rights to edit a page or change the Attr can at least know who can do it for
him.

How can I do that? Isn't it like implementing a new action "attrro" for
"attr read only"?
