[pmwiki-users] Upgrading from 0.5

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade pmwiki from 0.5.5 (it's been running too fine to tinker 
with...) (ok, it's still running fine, just I saw this vulnerability report) 
(plus the new one looks nicer....)

Now all the pages are garbled, even when trying to use V1 on-the-fly 
conversion....

Is there a tool/option/method for converting page content files of such an old 
version?

Or if not, is there any concise specification of content file formats, so that 
I could write something up?
