I had signed up pmwiki-devel on gmane when I created the mailing list,
but gmane's subscription ran into a problem and so things didn't
get set up on the gmane end as they were supposed to.

It's all fixed now, and pmwiki-devel postings are heading to the
gmane along with the others.
