There are two edit links now:
Edit 1 as previous: [[{$FullName}?action=edit | $[Edit] 1 ]]
Edit as new:  [[{*$FullName}?action=edit | $[Edit] ]]

$EnableRelativePageVars = 1;

I have a suspicion that some localisation, recipe inclusion may
creating this havoc, but have not started eliminating anything, as I
rather like to do it on my local machine first (which shows the same,
but in some cases still worse behaviour)
