[pmwiki-users] Is it time for a pmwiki-devel list?

I skip about half the posts because they're too technical, so not having 
them even arrive would be good.

All the pros and cons I can think of have been mentioned. Pros are 
significant. Cons have been identified and minimized, and other ideas 
discussed, with pros and cons. I like this group!
