Hardly!  There are two real issues here.  The first is
the lack of an error message, and the second is a
method to make arguments to directives in included
pages refer to the included page somehow.  In an ideal
world, both of these would be solved since they are
natural stumbling blocks for anyone.

Patrick, could there maybe be some kind of pre
processing that could occur on directives after an
include that would look for known directive arguments
which take pagenames and do the right thing.  Maybe
add a way for directives to register arguments as
pagenames ?  This probably would be fairly
complicated, but it would be nice to a have a
solution,
