You will need to edit the pixel width values for the rightbar in
skins/triad/css/layout-triad.css (#right-box {width: ...})  and
skins/triad/togglebars.js (in function showRight())

togglebars.js is referred to in layout-triad.css as showhide.js, which is
a mistake.
