[pmwiki-users] background colour of a short message

Hello,

i want to show to show a little message if a page is edit-protected. This works fine. I included the message like this (working with UserAuth)
%right% (: if ( loggedin && ! auth edit ) :)This page is edit-protected(:ifend:)
But since i´d like to improve the look, i'd like to put this in a frame, include a little picture and a background colour. Can this be done via a markup?
