The TriadSkin hasn't been updated to work with 2.2.0-beta yet.

The short-term fix, until someone has a chance to update TriadSkin, 
is to set

    $EnableRelativePageVars = 0;

(Note that the distributed sample-config.php file sets this variable 1.)
