They do... but here's the end result:

The PmWiki core now has a built-in blocklisting capability,
superceding the various recipes. Of course, pmwiki.org is now using
the core blocklist capability as opposed to any particular recipe.

Full details on the new blocklist capability are available at
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/Blocklist .

In particular, the core blocklist capability allows for
blocklists from other sources (including other PmWiki sites)
to be automatically downloaded and updated at regular intervals.
For example, pmwiki.org is now using the chongqed.org and
MoinMaster blacklists (you can see the entire lists at
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Site/Blocklist-Chongqed and
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Site/Blocklist-MoinMaster ).

I'm hoping that adding these blocklists to our set will
substantially reduce the amount of spam on pmwiki.org .
In fact, part of me is wanting to start over with an
empty Site.Blocklist page (keeping a backup of the current one,
of course), just to see how well the automatically downloaded
filters are doing. We might be able to clear quite a few
entries from Site.Blocklist.
