If you want the entire image to be clickable, just use the link markup:

    [[ http://example.com | %width=250px% http://www.tiresias.org/images/nscp_smart_card.jpg ]]

If you're really using imagemaps (i.e., a single image with multiple
clickable targets), then I'm not sure how to get that to work -- I've
never used the imagemap script.
