Now that I have my mail working again, I can announce that
I've just uploaded a new version of the IncludeUpload recipe at
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/IncludeUpload

This recipe includes the content of a plain text or HTML file into
your page; it doesn't include other wiki pages, and it doesn't include
content from a URL.  It does a bit more than IncludeFile, since
it uses the same syntax as Attach: to find attached files, but also
enables includes of other files (so long as they are under the
DOCUMENT_ROOT of the webserver).
One can also optionally process the plain text file with a text-to-HTML
converter, to get nice HTML for it rather than just enclosed
in a <pre> tag.
