[pmwiki-users] blocklists, fast set-up

Trying to get blocklist going. Hopefully the default settings and lists 
will be sufficient. Cutting out 90% would be fine.

Following the documentation, I set the following in both farmconfig.php 
and /local/config.php

$EnableBlocklist = 10;

I'm still able to enter all sorts of naughty words and URLs.

Possible ideas:
Not the right naughty words. Seems unlikely.
Logged in with lots of privileges.

Ideas?
