[pmwiki-users] Reopened PITS 00633: Categories are incorrectly group qualified in pagelists of trails

I've reopend the PITS 00633:
"Categories are incorrectly group qualified in
pagelists of trails"

It did not seem fixed to me, in fact it seemed to fail
in a worse way. :(  The category page is simply no
longer listed in the pagelist.  I have added a test
case on pmwiki.org to the PITS.
