[pmwiki-users] Making a domain name a wiki page

Wouldn't that collide with the page Group/Page.12 which would also be 
written to the file Group/Page12?

I know that pmwiki.php looks for configuration files in local/ with the 
"same" name, does it also look for CSS-files in pub/css/ ?
