[pmwiki-users] pagelist shows deleted pages

This is slightly different to my problem, in that your pages look as if 
they exist (no question marks).

I definitely do not have the physical files which pagelist reports.  I 
have also used grep to search the files for the names of the old files, 
& there is no reference to the old files anywhere.  Could there be a PHP 
cache which is holding the names & "resurrecting" them?
