[pmwiki-users] pmwiki over https

Hi,

To protect passwords, I'd like to run the wiki over https. I tried 
this, but it doesn't seem to work well if I put

    SSLRequireSSL

in the wiki location block, since the wiki seems to use http:// for 
all its internal links - which fail since http is blocked by the 
above directive. I couldn't find a variable to change the links to 
use https instead. Is it possible to do this some other way?
