[pmwiki-users] Turning off SideBar

Is there some sort of command one can put in a wikipage to turn off the 
sidebars while displaying a particular page, with the sidebar 
reappearing upon leaving the page? 

Basically, when creating a portal using (:includeurl <somesite>:), it 
would be nice to be able to have the portal fill the entire width, then 
return to 'normal' afterwards.

Also, as far as includeurl portals go, does anyone know how to get urls 
that aren't htm or html urls to display? 

    * Lots of sites are xxx.php or yyy.asp or zzz.cfm. 
    * None of these work with includeurl.  They just display a blank
      page, no portal.
