I have a page: SQL/Summaries which contains the page: 
SQL/Summaries:Group_V_Distinct

PM does not display the link on the main page to the 
SQL/Summaries:Group_V_Distinct as part of the :include 
SQL.AllRecentChanges

but when I click on the 'Recent Changes' link, it displays the 
link to the page.

What am I missing?
