[pmwiki-users] Commentboxstyled not allowing guest edits

I downloaded the latest PMwiki install today, added commentboxstyled.php and
userauth.php with GuestUser::read,rss in the .htpasswd file.
require_once("cookbook/userauth.php"); is before
include_once('cookbook/commentboxstyled.php');

But Commentboxstyled is not allowing guest edits. Am I missing something?
