Hi all,

Filling a need, I have improved on XES's PayPal Buttons recipe to allow for
variable markup.  Full credit to XES for the basics which I have simply
expanded upon.

Hope it is useful to some.

I'll also postulate here a question I put in the notes.  How can I turn the
string 'Main.Page' (or 'Main/Page') into '
http://www.mydomain.com/pmwiki.php/Main/Page' or '
http://www.mydomain.com/pmwiki.php?n=Main.Page' as appropriate?  I want to
do this inside a PHP function.
