At the risk of being accused of hijacking this thread, could I 
re-request my wikitrails addition?

I want to be able to truncate the text displayed in the trail links. 
My index page has huge titles on it, and the resulting trail links 
wrap on the display - not user friendly.

The truncation could be accomplished 2 ways - by specifying a max 
length in config.php or by adding markup like so:
<20|index page|20>  to indicate a max length of 20 characters. Either 
would be fine with me and I have a slight preference for the config route.
