[pmwiki-users] Main home page locked?

It looks like the Blocklist script is not working properly. A 
persistent spammer was locked out yesterday by banning his entire 
IP  block in the form 192.168.*  (not the actual IP). But he is still 
able to deface pages using IPs inside that block.
