[pmwiki-users] Edit Toolbar

2 Questions:  When I first started adding pages, there was a toolbar
when going into edit.  I don't have it anymore.  How do I get it back?
Also, when I add a page, the wiki adds links to create pages to random
words.  How do I remove that?
