[pmwiki-users] MakePageName function

Hi all,

I just got my membership function working so it gives an error message
if their user name != to what it would be run through the MakePageName
function.  Very important for the FAST Offices recipe I hope to be
uploading soon.

The question though, is exactly what changes does the function make so
I can give adequate instructions to my new users what kind of name. 
Obviously:

1) first letter capital
2) no spaces
3) ... (certain forbidden characters)

Or perhaps better, what characters are allowed?  _-,' "
But not . : | ?
