[pmwiki-users] Incomplete home page on Solaris, Apache 1.3.x, PHP 5.0.5. "client denied by server configuration"

This sounds like PmWiki isn't able to find the wikilib.d/ directory, 
or the files in wikilib.d/ .  Make sure the directory and its 
files are readable by the webserver.

This looks pretty bizarre -- I'm not sure why anything would be
trying to access those files.
