At the risk of sounding like a scratched CD...

Adding a skin or cookbook recipe to the home wiki can only be done
"globally". The skins and recipes are available to not only the home
wiki, but all of the wikis. Therein lies the main difference between
a home wiki and and one installed outside the PmWiki directory.

Another way of looking at it is that these point to the *same*
directory in the home wiki and *different* directories in a wiki
installed away from the PmWiki directory

    "$FarmD/cookbook/recipe.php"
    "cookbook/recipe.php"
