[pmwiki-users] does farmmap.txt no longer work?

I have just upgraded from 2.0.12 to 2.1.3 and everything worked 
flawlessly except for my farmmap.txt file, which no longer works.

The docs still indicate it as viable:

Are the docs wrong? Or has something else changed?

Where can I put farm-wide intermaps?
