[pmwiki-users] 2.1.2+ bug(?) with feeds.php

Something about the way that feeds.php was changed for 2.1.2 (and
still the case with 2.1.3) broke the ability to add on pagelist-type
parameters to ?action=rss links, I think.

Example:

http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/ChangeLog?action=rss&group=PmWiki

With 2.1.1 and prior, this would offer an RSS feed of the whole group,
correct?  Now it only brings up one entry, for the page being asked.
