[pmwiki-users] wiki farm terminology

That is my hope too, but when I did a search on "farm" and started 
looking at the many recipes that use terms like "farm directory" and 
"field" I despaired of all the docs changing quickly. By having a 
terminology page, there will at least be one spot to look for 
suggestions rather than going through the dozens (hundreds??) 
of  pmwiki-users list postings.
