Oops.  Forgot that one.  Yes, unless it would be

     [[ Link Text -> http://www.example.com ]]
     [[ | Title text -> http://www.example.com ]] ??
     [[ Link Text | Title text -> http://www.example.com ]]

which makes more sense to me (but I rarely use [[ -> ]] link syntax,
so I'm the wrong author to ask.)
