Actually, that would need to be

    [[Main.FirstPage "Click here to be taken to the first page of
    the lesson" | Start Here ]]

(The title text would always have to be associated with the target,
not the link text.)

Of course, this doesn't actually *work* (yet?), but that's how it would
have to be done.
